Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you (the client) and 13Venture (the service provider) regarding the use of our website design and maintenance services.

13Venture provides website and client-acquisition system services on a subscription model. Our offer includes the Direct Booking System, the New Patient System and the Starter site, described on our pricing page.

• Each plan includes a one-time project fee and a monthly subscription.
• The project fee is due before website development begins.
• Monthly subscription is charged in advance, every month.
• The annual plan requires a 12-month commitment with monthly billing at a discounted rate.
• Prices are listed in euros (€) and do not include VAT where applicable.
• The setup fee can be paid in installments (3–6 months), with an annual plan.
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

• Monthly plan: minimum commitment of 3 months for the Starter site, 6 months for systems.
• Annual plan: 12-month commitment.
• After the minimum period, you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
• Early cancellation is subject to payment of remaining installments until the end of the minimum period.

• Development begins after we receive the project fee and you approve the brief.
• Delivery timelines: the Starter site is usually live within a few working days; systems are guaranteed within 10 working days from receiving complete materials. If we miss the deadline, the build is free.
• The deadline guarantee covers the launch of the website. Subsequent changes, refinements and fixes run through regular monthly maintenance.
• One round of revisions is included in the project fee. Additional revisions are charged separately.

• You own your domain and all content (text, images, logos) you provide to us.
• Website design and code are part of the subscription and licensed to you for the duration of the subscription.
• After subscription ends, we can export your content or transfer the site for a one-time fee.

• Each plan includes a specific number of monthly content updates.
• Unused updates do not carry over to the next month.
• Additional updates are charged separately.

• Hosting, SSL certificate, and technical maintenance are included in the monthly subscription.
• We guarantee 99.5% website uptime on a monthly basis.
• We regularly back up your data.

• 13Venture shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
• Total liability of 13Venture is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.
• We are not responsible for revenue loss due to website downtime caused by third parties.

All disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved by the court in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. The law of the Republic of Serbia applies.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of changes 30 days in advance via email.
